4 month statistics:

weighs 15 lbs, 11 ounces - in the 74th percentile

is 26 inches in length - in the 80th percentile

head is 42 cm around - in the 45th percentile

is right on track with muscle development, arm and leg movement and strength, neck strength, 

eye contact/focus, and communication
we need to double his tummy time each day. He gets frustrated with it and really 

dislikes it, but we have to buckle down and do it even more.
he received a few vaccinations and actually shed tears when he cried. 

I don't know that I have ever seen his tears until today!
